REQUEST TRANSCRIPT
Transcript & Verification Requests for Current Students & Recent Graduates
Current students and recent graduates should log in to Major Clarity to request transcripts or enrollment verification at no charge.
Your student is considered a current student (including recent graduates) if they are enrolled at ALA through July 31st of their graduation year.
For students who graduate in May, they will continue to access transcript and verification requests through Major Clarity until July 31st. After this date, they will transition to alumni status and transition requests for transcripts and graduation verification through the Parchment system.
Alumni & Third-Party Requests through Parchment
Students are officially considered alumni beginning August 1st of their graduation year.
If your student graduated in May, they will be classified as an alumnus/alumna starting August 1st of that same year. After this date, transcript and verification requests should be submitted through the Alumni or Third-Party request process through Parchment. Applicable fees will apply.
